Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts. HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback. Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

No doubt a choppy market, but lots of budding strength in the long-tail while $BTC bleeds, suggests to me the market isn't losing its risk appetite, rather long-term oriented investors continue building positions in places where they see value. There's a formidable wall of worry out there, and if it's scaled (likely after midterms?), the results should be explosive.

In times like this, if you're a long term investor, you don't want to be waffling about being in or out, you want to be stacking units systematically. Don't get confused by the traders, it's a separate game. On unit accumulation, depending on how long you've been in the game, it's helpful to think in "relative units" of the investment you did best with. I'll use $ETH because the math is easy and relates well to younger networks. ETH has ~120M units. Let's say I once held 10 ETH. Now I'm looking to stack $SOL, but SOL has ~636M units, or ~5.3x the # of units. Therefore, to have an equivalent position size in network terms, I'd need 53 SOL. If I want to own double the network % of SOL, that I owned of ETH, I'd need 106 SOL. Or, perhaps I'm considering $TIA, which has ~1.16B total supply, or ~9.7x the # of units of ETH. In that case, I'd need 97 units of TIA to have a network equivalent. If I want to place a bigger network bet on TIA, because the network value is lower than when I entered ETH, then 10x the % ownership would require me to accumulate 970 TIA. 100x the % ownership = 9,700 TIA. Going for significantly more ownership, at cheap prices, if you're right, can lead to asymmetric outcomes. $ZEC is another good example of this, since its supply mirrors $BTC's. And so it's easy to think of your "dream # of BTC," and aim to accumulate that in ZEC, if you're so inclined. Pick your networks of choice, and do the math. I have always found thinking in unit terms keeps me grounded, optimistic, and goal oriented in dreary times. I can then dream about future upside in the thick of the bull, but the important thing is to systematically stack the units with a high conviction methodology in the bear or early-bull pullbacks. In terms of where we are now, which is probably why most of you are still reading :) BTC has been bleeding out the long-tail while remaining resilient, with many names 20-40%+ down from the highs while BTC is down just shy of 10%. You can either say BTC has already bled the risk appetite out of the market and so most of the work is done, or you can say BTC hasn't dropped much so it'll be really terrible if it goes cliff diving. I'm sympathetic to the former view. I read this as an early-bull opportunity rather than a warning sign that this move was a "bull trap," and so I'm inclined to be a buyer. You have to respect the possibility of lower levels, and so tranche out any dry powder that remains with % cash used corresponding to % probability those levels are the local bottom - yes, you likely end up with some excess cash if not all levels are hit, but that's okay. And don't forget, there's already opportunity in front of you.

In 2017 a wise man told me: β€œWhen you think it’s over, it’ll just be getting started.” I think we’ll reflect upon 2026 as such a period for blockchains.

The biggest mistake you can make as secular winners emerge in crypto is overtrading. Watching every tick may have made sense in the era of worthless coins and narrative-driven rotations. It does not when leaders are compounding and ascending the S curve. Owning > Trading.

hey guys im going to give you a quick lesson when a coin is uptrending & leading the market at the beginning of a multi-year bull trend, you buy when it pulls back 20-30% after going up 5x, not post screenshots on twitter your inability to extend your time horizons is going to lose you a lot of money if you don't change your biases quick time is the most underappreciated variable in trading, pump has existed as an app since 2023, coin has traded since ICO in mid 2025, & it has traded sub .005 for 80% of this time what that means is there has been a strong accumulation phase already with ~hundreds of billions of trading volume exchanging hands, the base has already been established, & it has never experienced an uptrend during a bull market, it is transitioning from S1 to S2, you should be looking for opportunities to add
Someone please take this guy’s phone and stop him from making another fking tweet already or this nukes straight back to $0.0022

If you haven't noticed, @Backpack has been crushing. It's a CEX that runs like a blockchain, allowing for real time proof of reserves, as well as a nativity and fluidity between the TradFi and onchain worlds that's unmatched. Advantage appears small now, but will compound. Stats:

What happened to stablecoins will happen to tokenized equities -- blockchains are unapologetically superior to TradFi's rails.
Total supply of tokenized equities now represents over 1% of total stablecoin supplies chart @arkinvest

WE HAVE JUST LOCKED 30% OF THE SUPPLY FOR THE NEXT 180 DAYS After a thorough review of @StakePointApp security we decided the smartest and best course of action was to use their token locker. What this means: -No one including the $LIQUINU team can unlock these tokens for the next 6 months. Period. -We left 4.5% of the supply in the treasury wallet for future CEX listings and liquidity provisions -We have access to the $xHYPE rewards despite the tokens being locked which means THE FLYWHEEL STAYS ON Every move the team has made has been with the holders at the front of mind. The market will understand soon enough Check the chain
