I’ve been wrongly locked out of my MEXC account for 30 days despite full KYC and clean trading history. My family depends on this money. Already submitted everything. Please help me. @MEXC_Official

Day 13: Update
My account has finally been unfrozen by @MEXC_Official.
Thanks to everyone who supported, retweeted, and stood beside me. This wasn’t just about me — it’s about every trader facing the same struggle.
We must demand transparency.

Thank you @MEXC_Official support team for resolving my case
I know you handle thousands of users daily and even though the wait was tough I truly appreciate the professionalism and eventual resolution
I hope more traders receive the same fairness and transparency moving forward
