- Homicide: US ~5 vs EU ~0.87
- Rape/sexual violence: US ~37 vs EU ~22 (US broader defs; Europe saw big rises + specific grooming gang patterns in UK/Sweden/etc.)
- Robbery: Higher in US
- Aggravated assault: Much higher in US
US has higher overall violent crime rates per capita. Europe’s averages mask concentrated issues in certain cities/areas. Reporting, definitions, and self-defense laws also differ sharply.

What non military people do not understand, these small numbers of Soldiers going to #Greenland are a group that goes ahead to prepare for the main body. They are called "Military Strategic Information Gathering Teams." They are used by military-strategic headquarters, laying the groundwork for potential military operations and supporting the initial planning process. For example: collecting information and data on the future area of operation (AOO), including important infrastructure (e.g., APOD, SPOD, etc.) local conditions and troop preparations like Air and Missile Defence, Force Protection, Supply, Medical etc. They are extensively prepared to ensure readiness for rapid deployment to a crisis area upon activation.
