I think one of the unfortunate things abt being accommodating is that ppl eventually stop recognizing your flexibility as something you're choosing to give them. It becomes the baseline for the relationship. Then the first time you prioritize yourself, you’re demonized
I know I could die any day bc of my LC & ME, but also a lifelong battle w/cptsd, major depression, ideation, stress & life events.
I am finding comfort in the notion of life planning. I don't think I hv energy for much else anymore. I think am done reaching out or over exerting.

🖤 Donna Benevento 🖤 I love her so much. We are gothic, spooky, awkward, shut-ins who avoid people like the plague with a sick sense of humor and unique forms of play.
My health has really gone downhill and I haven't been doing well. I already wasn't, this has just progressed over time. It doesn't help there are 0 treatments for my condition. Or safe access to hospitals & clinics. Lots of tests and invasive procedures can't be done at home.
I'm still very ill. Chronically. I have a lot of needs going unmet, including medical. And until that improves I will continue to be in poor health & majorly struggle financially. I haven't been able to play games for weeks now. Just an onslaught of flaring. #NEIS #LongCovid #ME
