One persona to avoid while hiring for startups is the Smart Skeptic. The ones with high IQ, great skills but low conviction. Skeptics sound clever but they rarely deliver.. It is the believers who get results. Skeptics see walls. Believers find the doors by looking around the corners. The smart skeptic is the worst kind of person to have on the team. They tend to be influential and bring down the cumulative belief of a group. Startups are an exercise in conviction. Optimism is a startup's engine lubricating oil. The belief to pull off something hard and new is a startup's asset. Skeptics blunt these edges. Beware.

This N8N Agent Does What Your $120K Sales Manager Couldn't While you were paying six figures for inconsistent results, this automation was scraping unlimited prospects and creating detailed research reports that actually closed deals. It doesn't just find leads. It becomes your entire sales intelligence operation. Here's what this N8N automation does: - Scrapes unlimited leads from lead sources - Generates detailed research reports with pain points and solutions - Analyzes LinkedIn profiles, company data and Trustpilot reviews - Finds similarities between you and prospects for personalized outreach - Auto-removes duplicates and organizes everything in Google Sheets - Responds via Telegram with voice or text commands - Works 24/7 without salary, vacation or sick days This isn't ZoomInfo or Apollo with basic filtering. It's a weaponized lead generation machine that actually delivers results. While others pay $120K/year for underperforming sales managers, you'll own this system forever. Comment "N8N" + RT + Like I'll DM you the complete system (Must be following for my AI agent to DM you) Skip this and keep overpaying for mediocre sales performance.

SUPER APP SUMMER X is building a Super App. So is Coinbase, Robinhood, Revolut, Kraken, Square, Paypal. A SuperApp enables: - Peer to peer payments - Cross asset class trading - DeFi - Alts - Tokenized equities The backbone for all of these apps are Stablecoins. Focusing on the picks and shovels layer is a way to bet on the growth of the Super Apps. The institutions are here. Not the JP Morgans, but the next gen players.
Bessent 6/19: ‘Stablecoins could reinforce dollar supremacy’ Ram 6/7: ‘Stablecoins advance US dollar hegemony’ Which ecosystem is levered to stablecoin growth on-chain? Where we stand today, I’d say: Ethereum.

Time and again, we've watched private platforms crush innovation at will: Facebook decimated Zynga overnight with policy changes. Instagram's API shifts wiped out entire photo app ecosystems. Parse's shutdown left 600,000 apps scrambling for survival. Each time, the same story: Build on a corporate platform, live by their terms - and die by their business decisions. This is why blockchains matter. They enable truly unstoppable apps - code that runs as written, free from arbitrary platform policies or corporate shifts. But we need the right foundation to make this vision real. That's why I'm excited about Avail. Build unstoppable. 🚀

Nadella had discovered something profound about transformation: Trust builds slowly. Change happens gradually. You have to meet people where they are. This insight extends far beyond Microsoft...

Last week Kraken announced it's launching its own L2. Today we got news that Honk Kong officials have chosen $ETH to issue their stablecoin on, and Lamborghini has chosen Base to issue a new NFT collection, but this entire website is parroting tales about how "ETH is dying".

💁‍♂️At Brú Finance, we've been thinking about what it's going to take to bring the world's assets onchain for a looooong time. But it was only this year that the market as a whole recognized that our approach with many institutions stating it as "the greatest opportunity in this space. We're just glad that the regulators and big institutions are catching up to not just the tech, but the underlying philosophy of blockchain. 👉#RWAs are a journey. This is just the beginning #CryptoNews #BlockchainTechnology #Tokenization

💁EXPLAINED: What are tokenized commodities❓ They're digital versions of physical assets like gold, oil, or crops, recorded on a blockchain. Each token represents a fraction of the commodity, making it easier to trade and invest in smaller portions. 🤔Think of it like slicing a giant pizza. Instead of buying the whole pie, you can purchase just the amount you want. This increases accessibility and liquidity in commodity markets. 💁Types of tokenized commodities include: • Precious metals • Energy resources • Agricultural products • Real estate #RWA #tokenization #DeFi #BlockchainTechnology

Man, Ethereum is really struggling. In the past week users have only paid 260% more in fees to use it vs Bitcoin and 700% more than its nearest competitor. Practically a ghost chain

ETH was never meant to be money. ETH was meant to support a decentralized world, which does entail ETH having value. That said, none of the OGs wanted ETH to be money, ever. Bring forth the tar and feathers.

A 50 BPS cut may or may not be bullish for crypto tokens but is BEARISH for t-bill and stable coin RWA. Very BULLISH for emerging market lending and borrowing RWAfi. Interest rates arbitrage will be back in the game.
