That is 241 days after the wallet last did anything. 2. Multi-Person Treasury At 04:13 UTC: a Splits Smart Vault goes live at exactly this address, on all four chains within 4 seconds. Splits (splits.org) is a treasury app for crypto teams, built on Coinbase Smart Wallet. It was approved with a single passkey signature in the Splits web app. They are launching this on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Optimism. Now the same step: two more passkeys are added and approvals are set to 2 of 3. That makes it a three-person team treasury. 3. The address was calculated in advance. It already existed as a planned vault in someone's Splits workspace before 00:18. So whoever controls the launch wallet knew this team's vault address four hours before it went live. 4.
