To every member of the Nige Universe community. I am issuing this statement now on the advice of my legal team which is something I should have done earlier but I thought the issues will be resolved sooner which has not so I'm sending this now to everyone so they can have a full transparency on things that has transpired over the past several months. I will address this as honestly and completely as I can. -How We Got Here Nige Universe did not begin with NigeNest when we started in August 2024, our platform consisted of NigeTrade, NigeLearn, and NigeYap which was doing perfectly fine. A considerable amount was already spent into building the company before NigeNest was introduced into the Nige Universe ecosystem in September 2025. This is important context that I want the community to have. Between February to April 2026. The company entered a difficult period as we underwent audits and dealt with serious security issues on the platform which all users were aware of. These audits directly impacted the availability of funds that led to the decision to postpone the presale originally planned for February to June 2026. These security issues include an administrative event that happened on the backend that leads to issue hatching nested eggs for users while some users got double/triple eggs as returns and a lot of fraud cases on eggs we gave out as promo which are not supposed to be sold. We also have case of where people used fraudulent cards to purchase Nige token on our platform during this periods and we had to refund the owner of the cards eventually. Despite this, payments were being made to users and approximately 50% of our workforce during this period which the blockchain evidence is available. I also want the community to know that Nige Universe has itself been a victim of fraudulent activity. Certain individuals exploited the project for personal gain before absconding, and this has had a direct impact on our operations. We have conducted and still currently conducting audits to fully address this. We acknowledge that the process has taken longer than expected but this are necessary measures we need to take. Also, we are still working to resolve a pending issue stemming from this time, and as part of our commitment to the community, we are actively working to ensure that affected users receive their tokens that's held up on the blockfinex exchange to their Nige address so that it will be easier for them to convert to usdt later on at the price the token was bought. In March 2026. As complaints increased due to the $Nige launch delay, a decision was made to temporarily pause worker operations to protect thier reputation and involvement until a new launch date could be provided. Note: Throughout all of this, she continued making payments to users and workers whenever funds became available on her end. In June 2026 A new investor was identified and discussions progressed to the point of requiring a face-to-face meeting so she had to traveled abroad to finalise the deal. Unfortunately, the trip did not go as originally planned. I will not go into detail here out of respect for the sensitivity of the situation, but I want to acknowledge that it was a serious and deeply unfortunate series of events that led to where we currently are now.

We are pleased to officially announce an upcoming development for the Nige Universe ecosystem. The Nige token will soon be fully integrated into the Nige Universe platform, enabling members to deposit and exchange their Nige tokens directly within the platform. Notably, members will have the ability to exchange their Nige tokens to USDT at the presale price at which they were originally purchased. Further details regarding the integration timeline and process will be communicated officially in due course. With respect to withdrawals, we wish to inform our community that payments have been going out steadily since our last official update about it. We acknowledge that the current pace has not been as swift as we would like and we are actively taking measures to accelerate the process so that every user is settled in a timely manner. Our goal is to conclude this phase as efficiently as possible so that we may collectively advance into the next phase of the Nige Universe project.
