Security updates 🛡️ Several security releases landed this week. We checked each one against 9MM and patched everything that applied: ✅ Web server: app.9mm.pro and data.9mm.pro upgraded to the patched nginx release ✅ Node.js security release of 21 October: 9MM's API and indexer upgraded the next day ✅ Two advisories in the API's libraries: fixed in the same release ✅ eMudhra certificate incident, and the PHP, GitLab and Next.js issues: checked, not affected Every upgrade rolled out with zero downtime. Nearly 27,000 live requests were served during the rollouts, with 0 failures. No action is needed from you. Trade as usual at app.9mm.pro

At @defcon I interviewed people building all kinds of anti-surveillance tools. Flock detectors. Rogue cell tower catchers. Bluetooth trackers. No one’s coming to save us. We must build the resistance ourselves.

You might think this is just a bank problem. It's an ownership problem. The bank decides who gets in, human or agent, and it can restrict either one. Money that doesn't ask permission has no door to lock. @EpicCashTech is permissionless, private by default, and fungible.
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios. The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios. Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said. Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior. Read my latest for Axios here: axios.com/2026/10/22/ai-agen…

What is the Electra Protocol dev team working on behind the scenes right now? 👨‍💻🔥 When we’re quiet, it’s because our focus is 100% on shipping production-grade code. Building a custom Layer-1 blockchain and an autonomous Layer-2 smart contract ecosystem takes rigorous testing. Here is a direct look at our active development workbench right now: 1️⃣ OmniXEP Desktop Light Wallet with DEX (In Progress): Full-node desktop wallets are the backbone of XEP staking, but everyday users and businesses also need instant access without downloading the entire blockchain. Our upcoming Desktop Light Wallet delivers instant sync with full OmniXEP support. 2️⃣XEP-Core Web Extension & Mobile Wallet Upgrade (In Progress): Seamless browser interaction and next-generation mobile capabilities, preparing the foundation for native in-wallet Token Swaps and Mobile Smart Contract Management. 3️⃣ Self-Hosted Wallet API (Up Next): Giving enterprises, merchants, and third-party developers plug-and-play APIs to integrate XEP and OmniXEP tokens directly into their own mobile and desktop apps. Every line of code brings us closer to frictionless, programmable money for the real world. Stay tuned! ⚡ #ElectraProtocol #XEP #OmniXEP #BlockchainDev #DeFi #BuildInPublic

Of course, we are not losing this war. But we are losing people. Because of the Russian attacks, we're losing people and time. It's such a pity, because our children don't have a real life and childhood. Not only children, but all people. That's why we need to end this war as quickly as possible. I hope that our partners, Americans and Europeans, will help us. God bless, our strong soldiers stay strong on the battlefield. It helps me stay strong during any kind of negotiations.

Trump: "We've given more money to Ukraine than almost anybody over the years, hundreds of billions of dollars. We've got nothing back other than high diesel. American taxpayers are tired of it." The US hasn't provided aid to Ukraine since Trump took office. Instead, they SELL military equipment to NATO allies, who then transfer it to Ukraine. And by the way, the US is currently withholding lifesaving air defense missiles that our allies have already paid for!

NOTHING - is what real privacy "looks" like! Having nothing to look at that can expose the user, their address, their balance, their transaction history. That is how Epic Cash blockchain works - it does not store attributable information like user address and balance. #EpicCash

Bitcoin: "Be your own bank." Also Bitcoin: every payment shows its addresses, so a list can name them, a firm can freeze them, and a miner can skip them. Epic Cash: no addresses, no amounts, no trail. Nothing to list, nothing to flag, nothing to skip. Pick the one that doesn't need a permission slip.

They'll tell you it's greed, supply chains, or the other party. Some of that is true, but here's the part nobody explains. Since 1971, the US dollar supply is up 34x. Today, a dollar buys about 12 cents of what it bought then. What happens to something that's supposed to store value when more of it can be created nonstop, with no limit?

There is a lot of Russian propaganda in Europe. They have invested as much money in it as in weapons during this war. This is a massive financial program spanning decades. Russia has been waging a hybrid war against Europe, including Italy, France, Britain, and Germany, for a long time. It just isn't waging a full-scale war against them as it is against us. Because we had the same thing – a hybrid war. Russian narratives across absolutely all television and media platforms, on the internet, and on social media. People should not be pierced through and brainwashed by waves of narratives from the Russian Federation. Because it is up to France, Ukraine, Italy, and Spain to decide how to live and whom to elect. Russia cannot influence Italy's choices and freedom. Italy is a free country, just like Ukraine. The Russians will seek to exploit far-right movements, religious movements, faith, migration, and gender. Russia doesn't care what issue can divide society: from religion to language, Russia will always find it and strike there. We are seeing this now not only in Europe – they also have influence in the United States of America. They have a very significant wave going on there, and their network is operating. From an interview with Corriere della Sera. (3/3)

If proven this could be grounds to ban the AfD.
Unknown hackers claim to have stolen 421,179 emails from Germany's far-right AfD, exposing Nazi greetings, swastikas and threats against a photographer. The party confirms a breach, but the explosive allegations are still largely unverified.

🇺🇦🇩🇪 THE END OF PUTIN'S DRONES! GERMANY IS SENDING UKRAINE ITS LATEST SKYRANGER AIR DEFENSE SYSTEMS! Germany is supplying Ukraine with advanced Skyranger mobile air defense systems manufactured by the German defense company Rheinmetall. These modern, highly automated air defense systems are designed to intercept drones, cruise missiles, and other low-flying aerial threats, providing a powerful additional layer of protection against Russian attacks. Key features and capabilities: Drone-free zones: Each Skyranger unit is designed to protect a designated area against hostile unmanned aerial vehicles. Under suitable operational conditions, a single system can help establish a protective zone covering approximately 4 × 4 kilometers. Intelligent ammunition: The system uses programmable airburst ammunition. Instead of relying solely on a direct hit, its cannon fires projectiles that release a concentrated cloud of tungsten subprojectiles at a precisely calculated point in front of the target, dramatically increasing the probability of destroying incoming drones. Versatile platforms: The Skyranger family includes the Skyranger 30, equipped with a 30 mm automatic cannon and optional short-range air defense missiles, and the Skyranger 35, featuring a powerful 35 mm KDG revolver cannon. The modular turret can be integrated onto armored vehicles, including Boxer platforms, while the Skyranger 35 has also been developed for integration with Leopard 1-based vehicles. High rate of fire: Depending on the configuration, the weapons can achieve rates of fire of approximately 1,000–1,250 rounds per minute, allowing rapid engagement of incoming aerial threats. For Ukraine, these deliveries are particularly important as Russia continues launching waves of attack drones against cities, energy facilities, and other critical infrastructure. Putin's drones are facing an increasingly dangerous enemy. Germany is helping Ukraine build a stronger shield over its skies. 🇺🇦🇩🇪

WSJ: Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of the military-grade Starlink network used by Ukraine, according to U.S. officials and people familiar with the matter. Trump and Musk have both expressed anger at Ukraine for attacking Russian diesel refineries, which Trump blames for high energy prices. Last week, Musk capped the connection speeds of Ukrainian devices, rendering some attack drones and interceptor drones virtually useless.
