I'm officially rooting for Tampa Bay this week and you should too. Anything that gets us closer to never seeing Deshaun Watson play for the Browns ever again is now fully justified. Go Bucs! #BeatTheBrowns

🚨 BREAKING: MLB has suspended umpire Doug Eddings for the remainder of the 2026 season, including the entire postseason, following his controversial performance during Friday night’s Cardinals-Rockies game, per @HollyBaylorMLB.
Eddings’ night included ordering Cardinals rookie Hancel Rincón to straighten his crooked hat during his MLB debut, issuing St. Louis a pitch-clock violation during the ensuing argument, ejecting manager Oliver Marmol and later making a heavily criticized safe call at home plate that temporarily gave Colorado a 6-4 lead.
MLB officials reportedly reviewed the sequence overnight and determined Eddings’ conduct did not meet league standards.
Eddings will be eligible to return in 2027.
