Though he hasn't declared any intention to run for pres. in 2020, it seems to me @RepAdamSchiff has qualities that would make him the top choice. In a debate, Schiff could smoke Trump's corrosive gas out in seconds & end all thought of a 2nd term. Google Schiff. Tell him to run.
