Last Thursday, we swapped our desks for something a little different. 🌱The team spent the day volunteering with our charity partner, @FreshStartWeb - working across its warehouse and community garden, as well as running a food drive in support of their summer programme.

The Criterion team recently spent a couple of sessions volunteering at @FreshStartWeb's warehouse, helping to assemble starter packs for people moving on from homelessness.
Their approach - person-first, focused on dignity and long-term independence rather than short-term fixes - is a big part of why we chose them as a charity partner. It reflects the way we work: bringing people together and focusing on outcomes that make a difference.
As well as getting stuck into the hands-on work, it was a chance to get to know the Fresh Start team and better understand the services they provide across Edinburgh.
