This is the meat of the problem with DeFi right now. It is critical you understand this. While I would sympathise with the scenario mentioned, it's uninformed risk.
People get hurt irrespective of whether it was their risk. We saw a similar issue with @Dolomite_io depositors being blocked the right to access their assets because @worldlibertyfi decided to withdraw all the $USDC by depositing their extremely illiquid token where their CTO has a major role to play.
It is important that if you hold an asset, you hold it as 'purely' as possible. Hold $ETH on ETH mainnet. Hold $SOL on SOL mainnet. Hold $BNB on BSC mainnet.
If you hold it any other way, you expose yourself to another layer (or multiple layers) of risk.
Yield in DeFi is never free and whoever advertises that should be put in jail.
You and your friend give mainnet eth to kelp, they stake it and give you rseth as a claim token for your eth + ongoing yields
You decide to keep your rseth
Your friend decides to deposit into a bridge and get another claim token on a different chain to his rseth in the bridge
The bridge contract has its rseth which backs your friends bridged tokens stolen
Should you get a haircut despite not being deposited in the bridge? Or should your friend take all the losses as he knew he was exposed to the bridge risk by using it?

@cz_binance @heyibinance @binance all you guys did by launching meme rush was saturate the already dying memecoin market by promoting PvPs and more farms AKA more crime and liquidity extraction.
Either fully integrate @four_meme_ and memerush and make sure no ticker can be relaunched more than once and that the deployers/dev wallets are somewhat vetted based on the history of their deploys by blacklisting serial/rug deployers.
Also, have some sort of max buy in place during the pre-bonding stage while also increasing the liquidity to Mcap ratio. The data is right there for you guys to see how after the launch of memerush the volume has significantly dropped down onchain and there have been endless number of tokens that have launched and died a slow death promoting farming by bad actors.
Don’t turn the platform into another pumpfun or Solana shitter Launchpad. If you guys want to do good for the dex/onchain traders, do something meaningful and useful while not promoting PvPs and endless scams.

Over the past few months, Gorilla has shown an intentional push towards teaching fundamental morals while still keeping stories concise and intriguing. Striking that balance is no easy task, yet the Gorilla team consistently does it, prioritizing quality over sheer numbers. My intent with this exercise was to hold myself to the same standards, following the whole process of approvals by seeking guidance from more experienced members of the community.
The whole experience gives me a better appreciation for the work involved in creating a @Gorilla_CTO level of story. I also left a little Easter egg for @four_meme_ on every page as well so when people look back at it they remember the initiative that inspired this. From interviews with senior community members to brainstorming, image creation, audio dubbing, and publishing, the journey took four days. I hope that effort shines through.
