This is the RAREST Encounter in Red Dead Redemption 2 that Most Players Missed. Early in Chapter 2, if you complete the main story missions in a specific order. You can come across these settlers who visit the Camp. It also seems like Rockstar didn't think players would trigger this encounter cause the audio is buggy, and some of the voice lines cut off midway #rdr2 #RockstarGames
