More #data from the #MLEK #dataserver. I've done a test with the three #light scenarios with which I'm #experimenting: warm and cool white and bright blue. There are also 5 settings for brightness. It is nice to see the #sensor is registering so accurate… ift.tt/2CihWOY

The ambient temperature seemed to move with my skin temperature during #meditation. Going up to 28 degrees, which was not right. I have now applied foil to the inside of #silencesuit and now you can see the difference. I keep learning from #MLEK. ift.tt/2pFbPln
