in fact we need to start thinking in the decomposition of tasks into classification problems as much as possible
good framing from @ch3nweiii - a lot of agent steps are yes/no calls, not generation Jev answers those as typed questions with calibrated probabilities, so the frontier model sticks to the hard work where those calls sit in a harness: langchain.com/blog/building-… nitter.cf/ch3nweiii/status/21086…

True creativity is all about iteration, perspective, and moving from general to specific. All these romantic stories of "aha" moments and creating masterpieces in one sitting are wildly overrated and often not accurately portraying what actually happened.
Make it up as you go is how you make something great.

I've run creator campaigns for 450+ brands. The slowest part was never the creators. It was the brief. So I tested Teamily AI, a Humans + Agents platform, on a real one: a creator brief for an AI meeting-notes app, built by 3 agents and me in one group chat. → Market Research found the audience and 3 angles → Brand & Social Media Agent turned that into hooks, deliverables, do's and don'ts → Webpage Developer built it into a one-page brief site with Website Builder Midway, the client moved the budget to micro-creators and changed the audience to small business owners. I dropped one message in the group. Research updated the personas, the brand agent rewrote the hooks, and the same page updated. Nobody started over. Teamily AI is a human-agent collaborative workspace, great for small businesses and teams. Try it with my invite link: teamily.ai/i/MKEK24 @Teamily_AI

If you are an entrepreneur, set aside time to think. It is too easy to fill your diary with busy work. But you are not just the executor, you are the driver. If you don’t think, you will keep driving in the wrong direction. This means you end up 10x busier dealing with the consequences of your shitty choices. You should have at least 30 minutes a day set aside for higher level thinking. Pen + paper. Or a walk without distractions. The best way to explore your thoughts is by asking yourself open-ended questions. • What • How • When • Who For example… Pick the biggest challenge you’re facing right now. Set a timer, no distractions. Ask: • What is the real reason this is so hard? • What am I not considering? • How can I make this easy? • How can I get this solved faster? • When have I faced this problem before? • When did it first start showing up? • Who can I ask for help? • Who is a good example of how to respond? The key is to keep asking questions for as long as possible, then make a decision once you have a wider view of the territory. It might not feel productive… But you are the chess player, not the chess piece. Strategy is everything.

Customer Confirm for External Sends An agent that emails a customer in your voice will eventually email the wrong customer. As a dev, I now require a customer confirm before external sends. Customer Confirm Cheatsheet: 1. Draft the message 2. Show recipient, subject, and body 3. Wait for the user confirm 4. Bind send to that draft hash 5. Refuse if the draft changed 6. Receipt the send after it leaves Core principle: External voice belongs to the user, not the model. Pro tip: Slack to an internal channel is not the same as mail to a customer. Tier them apart. Which channel can your agent still send on without the user seeing the final text? I refuse to convince anyone to hire me. I call it the conviction tax. If you have to talk someone into signing, you will have to push them to do the work EVERY single week of the engagement. Hard-closing is an amateur move. Dragging a reluctant client through 45 minutes of objection handling does not win a partner... it buys you a part-time job babysitting their anxiety. Stop chasing people who need to be persuaded. Demonstrate the outcome in public. Let them pull themselves into the conversation. The best clients wire the money and show up on Monday ready to execute.

The Knowledge Project Guest index crushed the S&P 500. As an experiment, I had my bot create a Knowledge Project Guest index of founders and CEOs (from private and public companies) who have appeared on the show. Here is how they performed from their first appearance to today.

🎯🎯🎯🎯 Said it for years, "objection handling" has been sold to new reps as secret special sales sauce. In reality it's what poor reps use to feel like they tried
salespeople are way too obsessed with objection handling. 50 rebuttals. 20 word tracks. 10 ways to answer “too expensive.” meanwhile the buyer is confused, unconvinced, or never had enough urgency in the first place. then we act like the objection is the problem. sometimes objection handling is just cleaning up the mess you made earlier in the call. get better at discovery and you’ll need fewer fucking rebuttals.

People don’t read TOS and get involved in deals that would absolutely destroy their projects…

This is a life-changing stress hack: - Double-inhale through the nose - Slow exhale through the mouth - Repeat 3x Do it before a big presentation or anytime you feel your stress levels rising. Immediate stress reduction. Almost too good to be true. Highly recommend.

Bulk Action Confirm Updating one row and updating ten thousand rows should not share a button. As a dev, I now force a bulk confirm when the count crosses a line. Bulk Confirm Cheatsheet: 1. Count the rows before the call 2. Show a sample, not only the count 3. Require the human to type the count 4. Cap the batch size 5. Split huge jobs into waves 6. Stop the wave on the first unexpected error Core principle: Scale of the write is part of the risk. Pro tip: A sample of three happy rows hides the one row that should not be touched. What is the largest write your agent can still do on a single yes? Reply below Follow @AiCamila_ for daily production AI and DevOps patterns. #BulkActions #Safety #AgenticAI #ProductionAI #Tools

🇳🇴Equinor finds gas next to a 40 year old field Equinor has discovered gas at Gullfaks South in the North Sea, about 190 km northwest of Bergen. It's small: 3.3 to 10.3M barrels of oil equivalent recoverable. Small can still pay. The find sits next to Gullfaks, which has been producing since 1986. Wells can be tied back to platforms and pipelines that already exist, so there's no new hub to build, and gas flows sooner at a fraction of the cost. Equinor calls them "profitable barrels" that keep Gullfaks running. Each partner has a reason to back it. Equinor (51%) stretches the life of a mature asset. Norway's state company Petoro (30%) keeps revenue flowing. OMV Norge (19%) adds low-cost volumes. Europe gets something too every extra year from Norway's existing fields means less dependence on LNG cargoes from a disrupted Gulf. What's still uncertain is scale. Finds this size slow the decline of mature fields. They don't reverse it. Source: Equinor, Reuters $EQNR

Just had a sales call with a $200k/mo sales agency who wants to do YouTube. He said "I've talked to multiple agencies and this is by far the best call I've had." I spend a minimum researching the prospect's market and channel, then I come to the call with actual strategy insights that he could use himself. I've found, especially in the game of marketing, when you can set a bigger vision and help the prospect see what's possible for THEM, they become filled with life and enthusiasm and confidence to do YouTube. OG marketers call it "consultative selling" For me, I just call it being as useful as I possibly can whether we work together or not.

Mistral 4 is pretty good at lawyer bench and cyber security bench, but give it's European heritage, one can only assume it's also good at regulation bench
Meet Mistral Large 4, aka Le Chonk. • 1T parameters, natively multimodal. 49B active. It is the best open weights model from US or Europe on aggregated benchmarks. • State-of-the-art on critical workloads, including cyber defense, manufacturing and finance and it surpasses closed frontier models on visual grounding. • Forged in Europe end-to-end and is deployable from Europe via our own Mistral Cloud infrastructure. • Available to all via API today. Working with cybersecurity partners privately. Open weights release end of October.
