The auto driver deliberately took me around the entire Thane area, then ended the trip and dropped me home via a different route. He charged me ₹850, whereas the actual fare was ₹504.

I would like to complain about your driver. I had ₹310 in credits in my account, but the driver charged me the entire amount instead of using the available credits. I only came to know about this when I tried to book another ride just now.Kindly refund.
