To the Class of 2020:
Your senior year has been unique, to say the least. No last day of school. No last quarter. No spring sports. No prom. No graduation ceremony. But look on the bright side: You will definitely have conversation starters at your reunions.
Be an achiever, not a complainer. Be a winner, not a whiner. Make society better, not bitter.
Today, as I salute you on your graduation, the words of advice I offered you on your last day of eighth grade still ring true, perhaps more than ever:
