Here’s the easiest life hack to longevity, mental health, business health, relationship health and happiness that you will ever hear. And it’s a great way to start off 2025. You ready for it?
It’s simple to implement. You can start it immediately. It won’t cost any more than you are already spending.
6. Buy a water filter.
7. Reject any food or drink with refined sugar, corn syrup, fructose or maltodextrin in it.
8. If it has packaging and an ingredients list it’s processed.
9. Buy fresh from local growers
10. Eat organic eggs. Those things are nutrient powerhouses.
1. Get rid of all processed food from your diet
2. Eat organic everything
3. Reject industrial grown foods, particularly beef, salmon, and GMO vegetables
4. Industrial crops have glysophate - that stuff kills. Reject it.
5. Grown your own vegetables.

P11) what I have learned from this: @British_Airways has constructed a system that makes it impossible for its clients (customers) to contact or speak to anyone in the organisation apart from its call centre in India which has no referral numbers in the UK for customer access…
P12) their Twitter agents referred me to lost and found which is a private company that deals with items only when handed in. That company’s supervisor has provided me with more information on an hourly basis than I’ve had from @British_Airways in three days…
