That challenge on Dowman was so, so dangerous. It’s the follow through from Neal that’s super dangerous. The reaction should be the least of anybody’s concerns but in this country, for some reason, we glamourise that kind of crap. ‘A proper cup tie challenge’, ‘blood & thunder of the football league’ and all the rest of it…
That was stupid, but the ref didn’t protect him, he will learn from that, but good for him standing up for himself.
I’m not surprised but the lengths he and others will goto in order to cling on is as obtuse as they are.
Comparing Manchester City to Lance Armstrong is absolutely miles off it. 🤣
He PHYSICALLY doped and gave him an unfair advantage that no amount of training or equipment could match. It wasn’t a case as simple as him having a better bike or equipment to gain a slight advantage.
City did not dope or use PEDs. The advantage came from (compared to some clubs but not others) more investment and also just far better investment in the squad, infrastructure, coaching etc. essentially building a better ‘bike’ in the process and then using it more effectively than other teams on the whole.
The sooner this US administration understands that it is supposed to be a democratic political outfit and not a right wing VC, the world will be a much better place.
I simply will never understand what Asger Sørensen offers that we couldn’t have got from Zanka, I think personally he is far off from this level. #fcklive
So dense
Bournemouth have smashed Man Utd at Old Trafford and AC Milan in europe in a single week. 10 champions league titles between them. Incredible for them. Hopefully current Premier League rules mean their squad doesn’t get asset stripped by red cartel clubs in the summer.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Since 2010 Manchester City FC have spent more on Bournemouth players (Ake and Semenyo) than any of Arsenal, Liverpool or Manchester United.

Cole Palmer will never be the guy you can build anything on. Not fit, not consistent, not having the mentality.
You're right, @elonmusk. Someone has grown very rich off money flowing from Ukraine. I work in Starlink supply to Ukraine, so I see these numbers firsthand.
Ukrainians bought 117,000 terminals in September alone (~$42M), plus monthly subscriptions for each one. And that's just official commercial imports. Not counting government contracts, donor-funded deliveries, direct orders from your website or grey imports.
No laundry machines needed. It goes straight to SpaceX.
