Track coaches I’ve been working on something for you! Run practice from one screen! Starting with running events and expanding to throws and jumps. Looking for beta testers! iOS first then Android. Stopwatch, schedule workouts, calendar, roster, comparisons and more!

I'm biased, but I'd much rather be able to do this at 70 than deadlift any amount.

I've been a Legend State fan since Jay came out with it, and this new website is dialed. Legend State is the most performant state management system for React, by a long shot. I don't think anything else gets close (no, not even useState/useContext, not Zustand, etc). It also has a really nice DX, tiny footprint, and the VS Code extension makes converting your componenets super easy. Check it out in the quoted tweet below. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Jay! 🎉🎂

Plus I made a new homepage for Legend State and got the domain name. legendstate.com Many thanks to the great conversations I had with @jamonholmgren, @DanStepanov, and @jherr at @ChainReactConf for being so inspirational ❤️

This is crazy
Lyles was in last at 40 meters, 7th at halfway... His close & holding on to speed is amazing. You can see the slight difference in the last two 10 meter splits. He ran .84 and .86 versus Thompson's .85 and .87 What a race. What a close.
