If Oklahoma State falls to the Texas Bowl, the SEC is going to push OU to take the SEC bid. Count on it.
The problem is more on the other half of the ability than it is the expanded spell list.
I could see nerfing it so you're expending hit dice to add 1d4 damage per hit dice spent so its a little more balanced in favor of Wizards. But none of this is "bad" per se.
BYU will win out.
And Tech sorts itself out if we win the head to head.
We're still very much in the race.
Oh and Houston has Utah and Baylor. I think Houston likely drops the Utah game.
Baylor likely goes 0-3 in their games.
Arizona may go 1-1 but is likely 0-2.
Utah will have trouble with all three the way they played last night but I think they're more likely to be 2-1.
Of these teams:
Baylor has BYU, Tech, and Houston.
Arizona has Utah and Tech.
Utah has Houston, BYU, and Arizona
BYU had Utah and Baylor
Tech has Arizona, OKST, and Baylor.
We only have Tech remaining.
Good win for the Cougs tonight, happy for the effort our guys put in during the 2nd half to put us within striking distance of the win, but the 11 point hole was too much to overcome.
On to Homecoming and CU next week.
Need to win out first and for one of the other 1 conference loss teams to drop another. Houston has Utah and we have Tech.
Unfortunately, most of the time it's a Holy War repeat in Arlington because the rest of our slate is really weak and it comes down to combined opponent win%

Yes, "legacy" in this context just means that you were a member of the conference when the bowl contracts were signed.
I dont think we were getting it before 2035 anyway (unless realignment works in our favor) this is just filling a 2 year gap we had.
