Much to everyone’s surprise, game abandoned by the referee on roughly the 20th minute after a red card for each side❌
It’s the return of the Janice Kuzynski Cup🏆
We face unfamiliar opponents this morning that have had a string of great results to start the season as they remain unbeaten.
It should be a good contest down in SN5🤝

A triumphant win on the hallowed turf at Stanley Park🥳
The Cov are into the hat for the next round of the Wilts County Cup.
All the best to our opponents for the rest of the season🤝

On the road🚗
It’s a trip down to Junction 17 this morning in the next round of the Wilts County Cup as we face Old Lane FC at Stanley Park.
Furthest we’ve had to travel in a while but we’re hoping to be in the hat on the way home🤞

Five is the magic number🖐️
A tough game as expected today, it was back and forth with both sides having good spells of the game.
The score line probably fairly reflects some of the chances we had that should’ve gone in earlier on in the game but happy nonetheless👊

It’s Match Day!
We face tough opposition this morning in Cricklade Sunday’s who have given us tough games in the past and we expect the same today.

Match day tomorrow for the Sunday side who start their league campaign against very good opposition in @CovinghamUTD. Good luck to both teams.
#UpTheCrick ⚽️🟢
A nicely earned victory on the opening day with a spot of position rotation for most of the squad, it’s always good to show adaptability ♻️
Start as you mean to go on🤝
A nice hattrick from @AaronDainton leading the line⚽️
All the best to Badbury for the season👏

We are BACK!
Football is returning to Swindon Sunday League and we’re excited to actually have some games.
Well done to all that got this going and all the best to teams starting their campaigns today🤝

We’re on the look out for some friendlies both weekend and midweek for any sides that are able to host due to the current state of council pitches - drop us a message if you’re able to🤝
Ludicrous from @Ridgewayrovers1 and @MerlinFCsundays to wangle their way out of playing Division One next season, what’re you playing football for?
If Sunday league in Swindon didn’t have its back against the ropes last season it certainly does now…
6 teams to play in Div One and 9 teams in Div Two, clubs refusing to go up and the league not putting their foot down - shameless behaviour.
Div One ended up with two teams last season after starting with seven says everything you need to know about this new structure…
Yesterday morning we had a disastrous 5 minute spell where everything went wrong and we got punished for it after being 2-1 up with 10/15 to go.
We’ve really got to learn to kill games off but it was our first fixture in 5 weeks and there was a lot of dust to shake off💔

Back kicking a ball around the park this morning⚽️
It’s been a long time without a game but the boys jump right back into some Cup action today. After our disappointing exit of the Wilts Cup we will be looking to go one step further today🤞

All quiet on the football front with games being called off left, right and centre❄️🌧️
However, our very own Kingy has been smashing the first 11 days of January fundraising for @MovemberUK.
He is running a kilometre for each date of the month throughout January 📅
1/3
Day one started with 1km, today on the 11th Kingy has ran 11km and by January 31st he will be running 31km💪🏼
It’s not about seeing him succeed or fail at this one hell of a fundraiser but it’s about the conversations and support he’s having along the way…
