BREAKING: France is facing a growing fuel shortage with 11% of the country's gas stations now reporting that they are out of stock of either gas or diesel, according to the latest data published by the French government. In parts of the country, this figure now stands as high as 16%. Meanwhile, the average price of diesel is up to €2.38 per liter, less than 1% away from a record high, and the average price of gasoline is also at or above record highs. French President Macron convened an emergency meeting to discuss the crisis and the government is preparing to offer financial support to high-mileage drivers. Energy inflation is skyrocketing.

📽️ What happens when the single most important barometer in the global economy starts heading in the wrong direction? We might just be about to find out. My 9m primer on rising bond yields👇 An immense (but complex) story. Hopefully this helps…

The UK’s first plug-in solar panels are here. How much do they cost. £1200 11 year pay off if you use the energy while it’s created, this just highlights the problems within British manufacturing and over regulation apple.news/ALyB3HnEeQ4WP-nir…

ray saying how it is
All empires since the Dutch have used capitalism to create a virtuous cycle that leads to an empire’s demise. What happens when an empire can no longer borrow the money necessary to repay its debts? History shows us that having too much debt during an economic downturn leads to a classic, self-reinforcing cycle where: 1) The empire can no longer borrow the money to repay its debts 2) It prints a lot of new money, which devalues the currency and raises inflation 3) Living standards decline, leading to the rise of political extremism 4) Turbulent economic conditions undermine productivity and there is conflict about how to divide the shrinking resources 5) Populist leaders emerge pledging to take control and bring about order Ultimately, this failure to control the anarchy is when democracy is most at risk. #principles #raydalio #history #debt

how do you start a farm business from nothing. for a sustainable dairy beef or arable farm you would need to invest millions to try and make a profit. The only way 1st generation farmers can farm is with a niche.

being encouraged to create new habits for wildlife on the farm for planning permission we are a growing business creating theses environments then has the potential to cause issues with planning in the future if the business continues to grow. the policy is saying don’t grow

there’s so many policy changes that could make a big difference. scrapping a policy would cost nothing. how much regulation is enough.

in the Uk essential utilities and access to essential utilities like electirc water and internet are controlled by land owners who can prevent the use of national infrastructure to stop growth and progress. @UKLabour change this to get the UK growing.
