ALT Graphic shows two line graph time series of monthly carbon dioxide abundance and monthly methane abundance from January 1984 through 2022. There are seasonal cycles in both graphs and long-term increasing trends. Differences in decadal variability of trends are also evident in the methane data. Current levels of CO2 are 421 ppm. Current levels of CH4 are 1908 ppb. Data is from NOAA ESRL.
