BREAKING: I've just obtained the 91-page ruling from St. Joseph County Superior Court ordering the denial of Jeff Pelley's post conviction relief petition.
This decision comes after a week-long evidentiary hearing in March 2022, a two-year timeframe.

I'm working to obtain the ruling document and review it.

Prosecution & defense teams have until August 18 to file additional briefs Judge Steele asked for.
Steele has a draft of her ruling prepared but needs both sides responses to finalize it. Plans to issue it shortly after 8/18
