RAF CEO Collins Letsoalo has accused Legal Practice Council of not acting on lawyers who've allegedly defrauded the scheme. Over 9000 lawyers have been reportedly referred to the council. Charity Nzuza says they have only received 14 cases from RAF.

A Fidelity fund certificate needs to be valid for a year, from January to December. The certificates are issued annually to legal practitioners. If your current practitioners certificate has expired, they aren't allowed to be operating till they have a valid certificate. #FFC
