@Aetna @AetnaHelp Well, their "review" of our case was a simple response of "prices are set by the State." Not a single admission that the sales agent misquoted us, twice. Or that their New Business Team was lying regarding my wife's "missing pages." They don't care, stay away.

@BASIC_Online anyone using them for an #FSA or #HSA beware. Their contract with @SRVUSD1 was terminated 12/31/24 due to complaints from employees. Now, they refuse to reimburse legitimate medical bills that are legally their responsibility through mid-March. @CaliforniaDFPI
