This milestone is worth noting but the job's not finished. A year ago, Elementals tested our resolve. Our goal with the release was to expand the Garden while rewarding our community. Despite good intentions with one free airdrop and a guaranteed mint for Azuki holders, we all know how it played out. But we didn't give up. Day 1's knew our heart was always with the community. We improved, adapted, and delivered many free drops for holders since then. We supported global local Azuki communities through the Azuki Passport mint program and empowered community brands with Buy Garden Local. I met with thousands of holders in the community in person throughout the Garden Tour in Asia to listen to their story and take feedback. Meanwhile, we built our foundation to be a key player in the anime industry. We grew the Azuki IP by collaborating with anime legends like Goro Taniguchi and Kazuto Nakazawa. Ep 1 of our anime anthology reached 8M+ views. We acquired anime.​com and partnered with AniplexUSA, giving anime fans a glimpse into the future of anime. Many made up their minds about us long ago. But our progress is undeniable. We'll keep pushing anime onchain, contributing to Ethereum with tech like ERC721A and PBT, and building what matters. Resilient. Locked in. Ready for the next arc. Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network. In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome. AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement. We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only. We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements. We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.
