July 1st, 2022 update. In which I continue my one-boy production of “Waiting for Godot”, but staged in a doctor’s office.
10/24 was my birthday. I don’t really celebrate anymore, especially since there’s not much I can do with how sick I am, but I wanted to mark the occasion with something important. I voted. Kamala Harris for President, Flo Cofer for Mayor. This is my birthday wish. Make it so.💫
These are careful steps. A soft hello. 🌱 It’s taken months and months and months for me to feel capable of reaching out. Every day/night requires a marathon effort to keep my body functioning, and after 5 years… I’m not myself anymore, but I also don’t want to be alone. 🙏

It arrived! It arrived! OH MY GOSH! The tea is home! I’ve quite literally been refreshing the USPS tracking number for days now. I was down to a couple stale teabags, so the anticipation was peak.😄 All samples from @TAOOFTEA, and the theme for this round is solidly black.

Sweetpeas and buccaneers, teatime this weekend has been thwarted by illness, insomnia and budgeting. I am running low on tea samples and functioning brain cells, but I’ll be back next week with a proper set.
All that overboard, here’s a preview of my upcoming order of samples from “Tao of Tea”. All are pure black teas except for the cornflower earl grey. The tiny cargo ships out next week.
