Just tried to phone the non appointment enquiry number for GP to see if anyone was going to call - number 15 in the queue . Given up & gone out for dogs 'n' coffee

How long do I wait for the 8-10.30 GP Call that hasn’t come? 10.45 seem reasonable?

I have to have a GP telephone appt this morning. The appointment is between 8 and 10.30, so I basically have to be home and wait. I usually refuse phone appts because I can’t bear the 2 1/2 hr window. I just want my 10 minutes and done!

45 mins of cardio at the gym this PM and I'm still worn out 😫 Fitness has improved massively since I went back to the gym, it's been hard work but I fear I'm plateauing & am going to have to step up a bit more 😫
