Mick Lynch isn't just standing up for exploited railway workers, he's standing up for all of us

The point of Starmer and the right-wing of the Labour Party is to keep working-class "riff-raff" like Mick Lynch out of mainstream politics.
Labour should be full of people like Lynch and Eddie Dempsey. Not vacuous middle-management mediocrities like Streeting, Lammy and Reeves.

Just wanted to congratulate Mick Lynch in his new appointment as Leader of the Opposition @RMTunion

Mick Lynch: "We refuse to be poor anymore"
That’s the t-Shirt I want, & the slogan of a whole political movement

They don't call it class war when they cut wages.
They don't call it class war when they slash benefits.
They don't call it class war when they hike prices.
They only call it class war when people fight back.
Well they're going to have to get used to people fighting back.

Fiona Bruce is excelling herself tonight, any pretence of impartiality has been swept aside. We’re witnessing true government control of public discussion and debate when criticism of the government is too close for comfort. Well done Mick Lynch. #bbcqt

In 2019 The Conservatives said “Corbyn would have taken us back to 1970’s”
I’m 2022 they’re saying “Mick Lynch is trying to take us back to the 1970’s”
As no one else noticed this is all while they’re taking us back to the 1870’s? 🤔

“The system is rigged in favour of profiteering corporates who get fat by driving up inflation & holding down wages.” @UniteSharon

Thatcher provoked the miners into striking so she could destroy the Unions. This government is playing the same game, provoking in order to bring laws in to further diminish their power. I hope it backfires. There’s lot of sympathy out there. – at Yorkshire and The Humber, England

Watched #bbcqt for the first time in years to watch Mick Lynch which he was solid with his arguments as usual.
However will never be watching again for same reason I stopped before, an obviously hand picked mostly Conservative, anti-union audience.
Establishment propaganda.

Water should be nationalised
Energy should be nationalised
Education should be nationalised
Public transport should be nationalised
These things are far too crucial to the national economy to be used for profit extraction purposes by greedy private interests

I'm loving how #MickLynch and #KevinCourtney are not only pushing the case for their own members, but are also generalising to widen the argument that the rich are getting richer, the poor poorer and that all workers deserve better pay. A rallying call: stand together

Six years since the referendum and it's turned out exactly as predicted. The country is collapsing. Well done.

Rail workers are asking for a pay rise that is significantly less than inflation and job security. The demonising of them by the right wing press and tories, is an attack on all workers.

A message to you Rishi:
It's not the workers pay you need to force down, it's the greedy, grasping fat-cats!
