@discord @discord_support It's been over a month now, and I still can't reach a human for help with my account. Is this just the norm for discord, and those few replies with actual help are rare outliers? You've certainly ignored my pleas for help consistently.

@discord @discord_support 25 days now since my account got hacked, still haven't received any help with recovering it. Couldn't be more obvious that it's been hijacked. If you won't help me, please at least have the courtesy to tell me instead of ignoring me outright.

I've tried making support tickets using my new email, but they get auto-rejected for not being the same email as the account's email. I've been spending the last 24 days off-and-on trying to reach someone at discord for help, with no luck. Please, get back to me when you can.

I just need a human to take a look at my case, please, and see what can be done about it. I've previously verified with my phone to enter a server, I can provide any logs and device data requested, and I have access to everything EXCEPT the email I made the account with

I've already exhausted all my options with google on trying to get that email back, so getting help from discord to recover the account directly is my last shot. I have evidence, personal information and roughly a dozen different people who can confirm my claims

@discord @discord_support I'm making this post as one big compendium of info about my issue, and requesting your help at your earliest convenience. My account got hijacked on September 10th alongside the email used to make it, so I can't just make a support ticket normally.

So that's why I'm bugging you about it here and now. I can keep asking the "team" over email over and over, and I'll just keep getting the same automated replies with no human help. I need a human to look at this and do something, anything, because it's not working otherwise.

But I can't REACH the questions with this unknown phone number blocking my progress. I don't know it, no one I know knows it, I never had a recovery phone number on that account to my knowledge. I'm stuck, and the "team" won't respond in any way that actually helps.

That's the problem: Speaking with the "team" over email just gives me the same generated responses, over and over. The phone number issue is ignored entirely, and I'm told to use familiar devices and answer questions differently, neither of which is relevant to my issue.

Please look into this whenever you can and help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm currently 100% stuck and unable to proceed with recovery due to this, my account never had a recovery phone number before this one was added by the hacker if I recall right.

The bot I'm speaking to over email just keeps telling me to use familiar devices and answer questions differently, but I can't even REACH the questions because of the phone number. The number isn't mine or a family member's, it must be one the hacker put to lock the account down.

They got me a link to the account recovery form, which I filled out and sent back. Then they set my account to recovery mode and gave me a link to follow, which I did Now, I can't continue recovering the account because the hacker put a phone number on it that I don't recognize

On September 10th, my account was hacked by someone in Turkey, who took it over and locked it down by both changing the password and activating parental controls. A few days later, he deleted the account. It took me weeks to reach @teamyoutube for help after this
