Dear @Xfinity why can't anyone at @XfinitySupport tell me what channels I'm supposed to have access to?
The @XfinitySupport @Xfinity customer experience could be the worst I've ever encountered. They sold me a package and no one seems to know what channels are included. Who do I need to call to cancel and get on @YouTubeTV ?
The only sports channels in the package are ESPN, ESPN 2, Golf Channel, and FS1...
Any lawyers out there? Is this false advertising? Where are the "many more"?
Is anyone else having issues watching the NFL draft on the @Xfinity app? Why is this company so bad?
cc @XfinitySupport
Has anyone looked into @Xfinity deceptive sales practices? Wondering if there is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Please DM me.
For the record I spent 44 minutes on the line with @XfinitySupport trying to get an answer before I was hung up on by one of the agents.

Dear @KLM I flew direct from AMS to ABZ for a golf trip on flight 0911 (should have known that was an omen). Sadly, the 2nd most important item of my trip is nowhere to be found - my clubs!!! Please help!
Let's goooo! Congrats to team USA and @sj_track alum @matthew_boling1 on their world record performance (and 🏅)!
