Don’t mean to be that guy, but there are over a dozen women in critical role and they are all unbelievably talented.

I will actively delete a post if it hits the toxic cesspool bot farms. My tweet about GTA was not interacted with for 24 hours then suddenly in less than a 20 second span over 10 accounts replied all with variations of the phrase "Go smell flowers" while others used slurs. YEET

News outlets are telling you what polls are saying. You've likely never been polled. Most people have likely never been polled. Those statistics are either entirely fabricated or a select subset of text message recipients who chose to reply. Go Vote. Polls be damned. Please.

I think when you’re overstimulated you should appear kind of grayed out and no one should be able to interact with you like a locked character in a video game

I thought maybe the Russian Bot thing was a joke, but genuinely every comment section is so tame and calm now platform wide I am literally shellshocked by the difference. Like actually holy shit, I knew it was bad I didn't know it was THAT bad.

This is straight out of The Incredibles, right? Like this dude is just Syndrome. He's creating an evil he wants the world to invest in him to defeat. Infinite money coming in for him to cause catastrophic damage and be paid even more to solve it.
Sam Altman says society will have to accept severe cyberattacks from open-source AI as the price of preserving freedom "I support open source models. There is a coming tidal wave of cybersecurity problems that are going to come from these open source models" "There are people in the industry who say we should ban open source, because otherwise a bunch of systems are going to be hacked" "We're going to, as a society, I think, have to just accept some fairly severe cyber incidents from open models, in exchange for the liberty that comes with that"

The demo for @RockbeastsGame has me REALLY excited for the full thing. Rhythm game blended with Telltale/Adhoc decision making? Straight into my veins.

See, this is what we want robots for. Clean waterways, sweep streets, etc.
A robot is cleaning rivers completely autonomously. 🌊 Meet Hebao H3, an autonomous surface-cleaning boat developed by Dongfang Water. Using onboard AI vision and GPS, it can detect and collect floating waste such as plastic bags, bottles and leaves while avoiding obstacles. When its collection bin is full, the H3 can automatically return to its base. Would you trust robots to keep our rivers clean? 👀 ⚠️ This content is shared for informational purposes only. The sheer audacity to go from the heartstopping thriller that was episode 37 to the Seekers table is borderline criminal. I mean I love the Seekers too, but how dare you.

And when Mary needed a husband God gave her a man who'd raise a son that wasn't his.
When Adam needed a wife, God didn’t hand him a single mother of three. He gave him a virgin.

I don’t give a fuck what Sam Altman declares. Why are we just letting these tech bros make these decisions for us? When did we all decide we don’t have any agency?
JUST IN: OpenAI CEO Sam Altman declares the world needs to “accept some bad things happening” in exchange for the benefits of AI.

It truly shouldn't go unsaid that C4 is so unbelievably special in its own way. Like C2 will have my heart forever, C1 & C3 are great. Critical Role as a medium is exceptional. ExU Calamity is the best standalone TTRPG Live Play I've seen. But man...C4 just slaps

This actually sucks, I got a notification pop-up yesterday for a channel that wasn't live and their entire profile was built with awful AI art. Which is crazy cuz their past broadcasts all looked like copy and paste IRL Biking. I don't watch IRL streamers.
Twitch is testing recommending random streamers in notifications. The influx of viewers is triggering secondary notifications to existing followers to 'join the stream because there are a lot of new viewers'.

It is genuinely therapeutic how often I type full fledged educated responses to some of the belligerence I see on this platform then delete it and move on. Because at this point most of these people are bots, right? It's not worth the energy giving them the attention they seek.
