I would go for Public Domain Charter where we worked with @creativecommons as well as @rightsstmts but also the @Europeanaeu publishing framework... moving into real interoperability & quality. And what about ethics and values ... what were the principles of the commons?

I'd say pushing for CC0 for the metadata of heritage institutions would be a great example. I dare say it might have taken the KB longer to do this without Europeana. Also of course consistent thought leadership by @JilCos and @Hverwayen and other Europeanans
