I get the "it's a festival, there's loads of other bands on" argument. However, @OfficialRandL put together a day that would be a huge pull for metal fans. They're the ones losing out. – at North East, England
The refund refusals for @OfficialRandL just don't make sense. Plenty of people will snap up tickets for The 1975, just like a lot of people bought day tickets to catch RATM on a rare UK tour. So many people will be left out of pocket. – at North East, England
