Here’s why we need to Save the Parish: parishes are hugely valued (well beyond the wonderful people who come in and worship God in them) and they are unique (in that nothing else does what they do), and they are under threat. Alison Milbank sums it all up in @TheCriticMag

What a JOY to be able to gather with the band for the first time in almost 18 months. How we have missed making music and worshipping together face-to-face and heart-to-heart. We're putting together some videos for those year's virtual #walsinghamYouthPilgrimage

Who says the church is dying. Since we started opening all day for private prayer, we have had a steady stream throughout the day every day to pray and light candles. God is still great!!
Just to clarify our church is open everyday, but this will be after Fr Paul has said morning prayer and offered the Mass, there can be no public worship at the moment.
New notice board at Holy Trinity just in time to let everyone know we’re closed for public worship. Oh the irony!!
