continuing to try out the shape fill/connecting-pen approach (and lack of clean up/refining) with this explosion
it's actually been pretty fun wheeze

Here is some behind the scenes for our legend sixty s*ven trailer for @Brawlhalla! I actually did both character animation and compositing for this one. It was a fun challenge!

trying a different drawing method
no cleanup/touchups, auto-fill connecting pen/brush, and just drawing whatever shapes and timing came to mind #2dfx #2danimation

If you’re even remotely celebrating what happened to Charlie Kirk because you disagree with his politics, you need to reevaluate your values. It’s absolutely horrific.

RIP Charlie Kirk. It doesn’t matter what your opinion is of Charlie or his politics if you don’t view this as one of the darkest days in American history than you are part of the problem.
I got to animate some cool stuff for this crossover, including a bunch of FX for this trailer
the explosion at the end was almost cathartic, since it's been quite a while since I've gotten to animate one like that wheeze
Pure awesomeness! Po, Tigress, and Tai Lung have joined Brawlhalla! The Kung Fu Panda Epic Crossover also features a new game mode and some other goodies. Mantis, Viper, and Monkey even make appearances in Signature attacks🐵

I was able to storyboard and co-direct for our Kung Fu Panda crossover trailer! This was the shot I got to animate myself.

Most of my Brawlhalla stuff is generally all in-game, so it was definitely cool to be able to contribute some quick FX for some cuts in this short
So apparently this is going/went around on Twitter and IG, so just to clarify: while I did do FX work on this, it was only at the VERY end, and a pretty small part at that- what's shown and analyzed in this clip is nothing of mine
