Residents in Valley Court in Elworth are living in simply appalling conditions in flats owned by #torus_housing. I will be doing all I can to ensure this situation is improved . Can you spot the rat!

It was a pleasure to meet residents who lived on the Broadmeadow Estate in Elworth today. It really is time to get this estate finished. I have asked #clarion for a meeting and will do all I can to improve things. #roads #pavements #unitedutilities

Today I have written to @S_A_Russell asking that Hospices are exempt from the National Insurance rise. @StLukesHospice will have to find an extra 130k. Hospices make a difference when people need them most. ❤️ #Budget2024 #hospices

If you think you are eligible for pension credit you need to have applied by the 16th September to receive the winter fuel allowance. If you need help applying please come along to the drop in on Saturday. @SandbachNubNews @iSandbach

Please check if you are eligible for pension credit by following this link from Age UK #ageuk ageuk.org.uk/information-adv…

You now need to receive pension credit to receive the winter fuel allowance. If you think that you are eligible for pension credit you must make your application before the 16th September. Please don’t be proud and cold, it is an entitlement not a benefit. ❤️ #WinterFuelAllowance

Please do all you can to object to the ridiculous proposal to charge for car parking in Sandbach on Sunday and up until 10pm. #saveourhighstreet #CostOfLivingCrisis #paytopray

Winter fuel allowance is changing & it will now be means tested. 800,000 pensioners do not claim pension credit. If you think you or a friend or relative is eligible please do check - it is an entitlement not a benefit. Please don’t be proud and cold. ❤️ #FuelPoverty #ageuk

Disgusting behaviour in #alderleyedge last night, totally disrespecting the service and sacrifice of those who have protected our freedoms and democracy. #cheshirepolice #RBL #army #navy #RAF facebook.com/share/p/hQtuoKF…

Please @networkrail can you paint this bridge in Elworth. 🙏🙏

Last week I was accused of political point scoring because I was the only Councillor who voted against spending up to £2,000 on an item of clothing. Here is my response. #CostOfLivingCrisis #schooluniform #WinterFuelAllowance #childbenefit

The Labour led Sandbach Town Council has been asked to spend £4,000 on a new Town Crier outfit. What do you think? #CostOfLivingCrisis #schooluniform #sandbach #labourparty #BBC

Well done Sandbach Town Council for providing free sanitary products & bins in the male toilets so incontinence pads can be appropriately disposed of. Dignity is important and Sandbach is leading the way. #ProstateCancer #periods #incontinence #womenandgirls

Under 19 and live in #sandbach, or know someone who does, please do all you can to either take part, share or both. Sandbach Town Council want to hear your voice and what is important to you. #hearyourvoice #youmatter #schools #scouts #guiding #sandbachunited #sandbachcricket

Sandbach is a desert when it comes to funding for road repairs this year. I am doing all I can to get this situation changed. Pleas do what you can be reporting potholes and pavements via fix my street. This situation has to change. #pothole #RoadSafety #RoadAccident #Cheshire

More evidence as to why green spaces such as those on the Grange Way Estate should be protected and maintained.
