Yesterday: driving through a dust storm. Today: the dust cleared and I got to drive the new Ferrari 849 Testarossa on the track in Maricopa, AZ. 🏁 Huge thanks to @FerrariSLC for an unforgettable day. Show up even when the forecast looks bad.
Family night at Fear Farm 🎃 Lots of screaming, even more laughing. Everybody made it out… mostly. 😱 #FearFarm #Halloween #FamilyTime #Phoenix
Welcome to Arizona. Headed to Maricopa to drive the new Ferrari 849 Testarossa and the desert hits me with a dust storm. Zero visibility.
Same as investing: you can't control conditions, only how you drive through them. Hoping it clears before the track.
Who's in your corner?
Travis Larson, broker and longtime flipper, has taught me a ton. The people you learn from matter as much as the deals you do. Find the ones who've been around a while, and be helpful back.
Good morning. Rolling into the office, then out to check on properties.
Show up, see it with your own eyes, and make it a good day. ☀️
Rainy day in Phoenix, and another team meeting ☔️
Every month: review last month, fix what's happening now, plan the next one.
Look back. Fix now. Plan ahead.
What does your monthly review look like?

Is @Guesty out of business? There is no way to contact them and the form on their site doesn't allow any appointments to be set. No one has called me after over 1 week of trying to contact them. Does anyone know and or have a way to reach them?
