Jesus was teaching inside a crowded house in Capernaum. So many people had gathered that there was no room left, not even outside the door. Then four men arrived carrying their paralyzed friend. They couldn't get through the crowd. But they didn't give up. They climbed onto the roof, opened a space, and lowered their friend down in front of Jesus. When Jesus saw their faith, He said: “Son, your sins are forgiven.” Mark 2:5 Some people questioned Jesus in their hearts. Then Jesus said: “Get up, take your mat and go home.” Mark 2:11 Immediately, the man stood up, picked up his mat, and walked out in front of everyone. What the crowd saw as an impossible situation became a testimony of the power of Jesus. And there is something beautiful about those four friends. They carried their friend when he couldn't carry himself. Sometimes faith means believing for someone who has lost hope. Sometimes love means refusing to stop praying, helping, and bringing someone closer to Jesus. You may feel like you're carrying a burden you cannot overcome. Keep bringing it to Jesus. What you cannot do in your own strength is never too difficult for Him .
