+5 MT points to be tied for 4th? in Americas. Was fun to relive the hype of qual days again and really appreciative to get to play control warrior after nerfs.

Finished rank 38 AM, got 3 points. I don't feel bad since I was floating around 100 until last day. Makes it difficult to qualify for MT1 (even as AM), but I just wanted to see how this first month would go. Def not worth to tryhard, but I'll keep playing since I enjoy the game.

A big part of my relative success with Warrior: adapting to the daily ebb and flow of the high legend meta. I built this initial list with Quest DH, Miracle Rogue, and Frost DK specifically in mind. Against DH/DK, the goal was to simply out-armor them... 1/x

Some have been experimenting with an Armor Warrior (in which Shield Block is totally a fine card) to counter some meta forces. And it works, but its matchup spread is super polarized.

For the current degenerate high legend meta, I believe this deck is actually in a good spot. But the constant changes required for this "anti-meta" deck to succeed reflect how much weaker it is compared to the other classes. So yes, it's "bait" as far as overall power level. 7/x

But it's super fun when it works! So: my success does not make it "good," but it is DEFINITELY fun to beat the most powerful decks with a playstyle that is very unique in this format. Messing around with this saved an otherwise toxic meta for me; I hope I'm not the only one! 8/8
