Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (9) Since then I have phoned multiple times to no avail despite promises during those calls of action. Surely this cannot be an acceptable way to treat anyone, least of all a 94 year old woman? I really hope that you can help us.
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (8) the following week. Unsurprisingly that did not happen. I rang yet again and was told by Emer that there was no record of my conversation with Nathan and that I needed to write in, which I did yet again on July 16th.
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (7) I rang again and was told by Nathan that it wasn't possible to send an email and I should not have been given that incorrect information. He said he had all the information he needed; he would get it expedited and I'd hear within
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (6) Then this year, the same letter arrived, still referencing Mum's non-existent pension. I rang yet again and was told by Eileen that I could submit an email which I did on March 10th and then chased it twice; no reply received.
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (5) letter. I wrote a letter outlining everything yet again and also raising the fact of Mum's hugely increased service charge for her flat. No response was ever received. I rang a few times and got vague promises of action.
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (4) pension she was receiving from the CIS. I contacted them and said that she was not receiving it; they said they would look into it. But nothing happened and my memory was jogged when in 2024 she received the virtually identical
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (3) she agreed to do. I then checked the calculators again and she was eligible. The following year she got the letter from the DWP stating what she was entitled to and it said that she was entitled to less because of the private
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow (2) had not been eligible to apply as she was in receipt of my late Dad's pension from the CIS (Co-operative Insurance Agency). However, the CIS had asked her if she'd be willing to accept a lump sum in lieu of a regular pension which
Hi @MartinSLewis, @moneysavingexp, @itvMLshow Is it acceptable for the DWP to have not yet acted on the queries I have been raising with them since 2023? (1) I applied for Pension Credit for Mum on August 9th 2022 and it was granted. Previously, according to the calculator, she
Hi @MartinSLewis re your travel checklist from MSE today; please tell people not to do what we did. I was so proud of remembering to renew my husband's passport as he had last renewed early. Turned up at Heathrow a few weeks ago to get our flight to the US; but didn't realise
that of course, his ESTA was linked to the passport not to him. Sat at Heathrow for a couple of hours frantically waiting to get a new one, even ended up ringing US Homeland Security to see if they could help! (They couldn't!)@MartinSLewis
We'd just decided that we'd have to give up and lose our flight when his acceptance popped up 5 minutes before the close of check-in. Much relief all round. Do please tell everyone to think on!! @MartinSLewis
Hi @jessrickson, @elaine_paige any idea why the December 22nd edition of EPOS isn't available on BBC Sounds? Very sad. Lynne, The Stephen Sondheim Society
I cannot believe that @OVOEnergy see fit to totally ignore two complaints that I made to you via email. Appalling.

Hi @nationalrailenq I can't use the app to plan my future train journeys because it will not let me change the date and time wherever I put in it reverts to today at the current time. Lots of pixel phone owners reporting the same issue.
Hello @stwater, according to your website we have to re-register for Priority Services every 2 years. Why then have I had 4 requests from you to do so in the last couple of months?
Why @dhlexpressuk has your driver lied and said they've tried to deliver our parcel at 8.30 am? Checking the doorbell video no-one has been here
