Trump panics about widespread revulsion at his Arch, so is trying to cloak it in national security to steamroll the normal approval process and Congress.
It's even more important to stop it now, as a test case of not letting him use "national security" to do anything he wants.
And this facility will be protected by how many miles of perimeter? 🤔
