This explains why all the liberal protesters nowadays are geriatric boomers
This video is unbelievable. Everyone needs to watch it.

This needs to trend…
I don’t get the appeal of the World Cup, or soccer in general. They run around like crazy for 90 minutes and score maybe 1 goal. Very European mindset.
The public emergency is not “workers need retirement savings, so we’re going to build a superannuation retirement system.”
The emergency is “young voters are electing open communists to public office across the country, so we need to make housing and life in general affordable.”
I worry about the moral hazard of robots and AI doing all of our work for us. Are we going to become like the kids who inherit their parents wealth and don’t have to work? We all know how that story turns out.
This is a good Insight. I’ve run the numbers, and the only time health insurance makes sense is if you happen to get a $1 million cancer. Other than that, you’re better off as a cash payer because you can negotiate lower rates with doctors and hospitals.
Health insurance companies expect a 50 year old man to pay $1,200 a month only to still get medical bills in the thousands of dollars
What good are insurance companies unless you’re in a catastrophic situation?
Almost better off being uninsured and paying the BS “uninsured discount”
The medical and insurance industries in the US are a joke
With all the conflicting and sometimes crazy diet advice out there, has anyone looked into whether consistent eating is the key to longevity?
For example, the carnivores say to eat only meat and they have a ton of research to back it up. The vegans say to eat only vegetables and they have a ton of research to back it up. There is a diet at every point between both extremes of the spectrum with evidence to back up its health and longevity claims.
has anyone gone down the rabbit hole of looking at a longitudinal study of people who mostly eat the same things for their entire lives? It would seem to me that the body would just adapt to whatever you’re eating, and that changing your eating habits would create stress, and if you change them frequently, that would create frequent stress that decreases your health.
For all his faults, @HunterBiden is not in the Epstein files. Can we at least give him credit for that?
“Non-profound” autism isn’t autism. It’s merely introversion and social awkwardness. These personalities have always existed and people with these traits live normal lives. Slapping a disability label on normal human personalities is harmful to the individuals and drains the public treasury.

I’ve been using agentic coding tools for about six months. I am in the top 0.5% of token consumers in the world.
I consume as much electricity as a small steel mill to maintain my pace of development.
We simply do not have enough room on earth to build enough data centers and enough power plants.
Space based data centers is the only solution.
