High Speed Rail Contractors: Spill the tea on the California high-speed rail’s low-speed fail and fraud and you could potentially claim a reward in the tens (or hundreds) of millions. I know many people have inside information on where and to whom that money went. Time to release it and expose them all. If you don’t go first someone else will and they’ll likely implicate you when they do. Do the right thing.

“Noncitizens don’t vote,” they said. So how is it that 28% of noncitizens in California have voted? These things can’t both be true.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT 🚨 Federal Lawsuit against California shows that 28.8% of noncitizens in California HAVE A VOTING HISTORY California elections are not legitimate, noncitizens are voting at an extremely large scale - Los Angeles County elections officials took a sample batch of 200 ballots - The 200 ballots were taken from a sample of 20,000 that the Trump Admin says are noncitizens - Of the 200 ballots that were taken, 71.2% of the 200 have no voting history This means 28.8% of the noncitizens ballots DID have a voting history Nearly 30% of noncitizens are voting in California elections based on this sample. I’ll bet it’s much higher

🚨 JUST IN: FA US Attorney Bill Essayli announces California election officials will be AIDING AND ABETTING a CRIMINAL OFFENSE now that they were informed of 20,000 noncitizens receiving ballots — yet REFUSING to sequester them So if the ballots count, and the feds prove any of them are indeed noncitizens who voted...THIS IS A CRIME. "It's 18 U.S.C. 611, which says it is unlawful for non-citizens to vote. When California has actual knowledge of non-citizens in their voter rolls, if they help them vote, they are now aiding and abetting a criminal offense." LA County REJECTED the thumb drive with the names Then the DOJ charged 28 green card holders with illegally registering or voting. Every single one was on that list California's choice is simple: comply with the law, or face prosecution!

This photo is not AI. Richard Pan is literally posing with his handiwork. Pan cast the deciding vote that has more than doubled the gas tax. Even with Californians paying $2 above the national average he said: “I do not regret my vote.”

I think we can conclude that the timeout generation did not work out as well as the “ass whoopin’” generation.

If you're voting for @XavierBecerra you are saying you want more of the same for California. Just be honest about that, Becerra voters. You're voting for CA to stay the same. You love the misery.

Unless I'm missing something, I haven't seen or heard Republicans in Congress calling for the immediate ouster of Ilhan Omar. What's the matter with them?

I just caught up on some of the recent posts from @DataRepublican, and they’re chilling—not primarily because they outline a violent uprising, but because they reveal a strategy of manufacturing a constitutional crisis in which states declare the federal government illegitimate. What’s alarming is the sheer ignorance and hubris of the people treating this as a workable path. They appear to believe such a rupture can be contained or directed, yet they show little understanding of either American history or the practical consequences of delegitimizing the federal order. The people driving this approach are largely led by academics who have never borne responsibility for real-world outcomes, military officers who couldn’t produce a coherent strategy to win a twenty-year war, and former intelligence officials whose records inspire little confidence. They seem prepared to sacrifice institutional stability—and the young idealists who would be drawn into the resulting chaos—while remaining safely removed from the fallout themselves. What they fail to grasp is that the Constitution is not merely a set of rules that can be voided by state declaration. It is bound to the oaths of those sworn to defend it and to the habits of a population raised on the Bill of Rights. America is not Europe, China, or any other society in which a central authority can be nullified with limited resistance. Attempts to engineer a crisis of legitimacy will not remain a matter of legal posturing. They will collide with people who take their oaths seriously, and the resulting contest over authority is unlikely to stay bloodless. The American Civil War remains the deadliest conflict in U.S. history. Roughly 2% of the population died—men, women, and children—in what was, by historical standards, a relatively conventional war fought between uniformed armies. Scaled to today’s population, that figure approaches 7.5 million dead. A modern breakdown in which states and the federal government treat one another as illegitimate would almost certainly be worse: a grinding conflict fought in neighborhoods, towns, and cities, where the line between friend and enemy would be unclear and ordinary life would become impossible. Anyone of consequence would carry a target, and trust would collapse. This is not a call for violence. It is a plea to avoid the conditions that make violence probable. Many of us have seen what war actually does, and we understand the cost that would be imposed on the next generation because some believe their preferred political outcome can be forced by creating a crisis of legitimacy. Trump leaves office in two years. If the goal is to alter the constitutional order, the Framers already provided the mechanism for doing so. Use it. Do not manufacture a crisis that invites states to treat the federal government as illegitimate while others pay the price. As Sherman put it: “It is only those who have neither fired a shot nor heard the shrieks and groans of the wounded who cry aloud for blood, more vengeance, more desolation. War is hell.”

🚨🔥 GREG GUTFELD JUST DROPPED THE TRUTH BOMB ON ILHAN OMAR — AND IT’S DEVASTATING 🔥🚨 On live TV, Gutfeld looked straight into the camera and asked the question millions of Americans have been screaming: “Can she be ARRESTED?! How hard is this? Mafia bosses went away for LESS.” He didn’t hold back: “She’s the perfect example of a trickster who exploited a system completely paralyzed by identity politics.” “Who’s protecting her? WHY are they protecting her?” “She married her sibling. She’s an alleged fraudster. She’s implicated in a TON of cases.” And the most chilling part? “When she’s being implicated in all this… she’s calm, cool, and collected. She thinks she’s going to get off.” This isn’t speculation anymore — this is a sitting congresswoman under a massive fraud scandal, refusing to hand over records, while the system looks the other way. 😡 How much longer do we tolerate this? We’re done waiting.

A Boston parent told the City Council that a Boston Public Schools staff member r*ped her child at school, the district covered it up, and when she asked why, they trespassed her and filed child-abuse reports against her. ⠀ Monica Murchison testified that her daughter was forcefully r*ped by a BPS staff member during school hours. She said protocol required police to be called, a 51A filed, and her to be contacted as the parent. None of that happened. ⠀ She had no knowledge of the incident and continued sending her daughter to school every day until the girl had a meltdown. “I was putting her into the arms of the abuser,” Murchison said. ⠀ When she demanded answers, BPS trespassed her from her daughter’s school and filed 51A child-abuse reports against her instead of the staff member. She pulled her daughter out of the district, left her catering job, and now home-schools her. ⠀ The hearing followed a three-year court fight that forced BPS to release records of more than 2,000 student-on-student s*xual misconduct complaints from 2018-19 through 2023-24. Councilors called for transparency after the district fought to keep the data hidden. ⠀ Another parent described repeated physical as$aults, bullying, and s*xual misconduct involving her 8-year-old daughter, including on the school bus for two years. ⠀ Think about what it means when a district fails to report a staff member’s r*pe of a student and then turns its reporting tools on the mother who asks questions. ⠀ #BPS #Boston

With midterms looming and the Democrats willing to do everything in their power to not only win by going as far as committing a coup, but will also do everything in their power to end Trump, how about a MAGA shoutout to a very courageous woman @DataRepublican. Thanks to her endless work, endless courage and her huge set of balls to put it all on the line to expose everything the treasonous Dems planned to do for their quest for power. Let’s send a message to our country and nothing but love to @DataRepublican. Thank you for everything you’ve done. I know once the dust settles, Trump will personally invite you to the White House and personally put a very special medal around your neck. Thank you @DataRepublican You are owed a debt that can never be repaid
