The Stretford End will display an updated version of the flag counting the years since Man City last won a trophy.
The flag first appeared in 2000, bearing the inscription “24 YEARS” — marking the time since City’s previous trophy, the League Cup in 1976. It was removed after City won the FA Cup in 2011, when the counter had reached “35 YEARS”.
The new version now reads “51 YEARS”, disregarding the trophies Man City have won since their takeover, following the PL's announcement that the club had been found guilty of breaches [@AndyMitten]

Statement on Man City's misleading contracts: "The independent Commission found that Manchester City arranged ‘sham’ commercial deals with a number of its sponsors during the period, which were part of a disguised funding scheme, whereby those companies were only required to pay a portion of the relevant sponsorship fees. The remainder was funded by Abu Dhabi United Group Investment & Development Ltd (ADUG), which owned the club."
