For as long as I can remember, 99% of songs I’ve written have been with a guitar. It’s been good, but it’s become so familiar to me that it’s also uninspiring. I just recently got Logic Pro X to more seriously learn DAW production, and let me tell ya: It. Is. TERRIFYING. (1/4)

I love it. It’s the same love that made me want to learn how to play guitar nearly 15 years ago; the innate desire to keep learning and progressing. I’m grateful that I can use this as another way to grow. (3/4)

In a world concerned with doing things while you’re young (whatever that means relatively to you), I’ve been reminded that it’s never, EVER too late to learn something new. Thanks for reading. Hope you got something out of it. Stay safe out there. (4/4)

Whitney Houston is in my top 3 female vocalists of all time. How could someone be so on pitch and simultaneously so *incredibly* emotive?? Very, very few compare...

Wouldn’t it be amazing if @CBCMusic, in an effort to help Canadian musicians who can no longer tour, ONLY played #CanadianMusic for the next two months?! THIS WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE. If you support this idea, please RT. #COVIDCanada @PresidentCBCRC @SOCANmusic
