Willfully failing to provide child support is a first-degree misdemeanor in Florida. Repeat convictions can get bumped to a third-degree felony. But in 2020, just one person in the state faced criminal charges. trib.al/8uvFERc

FL is the #3 state of deadbeat dads. This article describes how so many kids are owed support & live in poverty @ChrisSprowls's HB7065 gives $70 million a year to fathers/fatherhood organizations. This money should be used to collect the billions $$ owed to these kids. #KidsFirst
