Anastazja Rubińska was a 27-year-old Polish woman from Wrocław who went to the Greek island of Kos in 2023 to work during the tourist season.
One day, she left home and never came back.
After six days, they found her naked, lifeless body wrapped in a sheet and dumped near a salt marsh area.
Investigators confirmed she had been kidnapped, raped, and strangled to death.
Salahuddin S., a Bangladeshi migrant, was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment.
When the police arrested him, he had scratches on his face, showing that Anastazja fought until the very end.
